Extremely disappointing customer service. As my father and I entered the store, we were met with rudeness simply for trying to find our way in after getting momentarily confused by the layout. Instead of assisting us, the staff failed to communicate clearly and acted as if we were an inconvenience or we were somehow trying to be rude to them.
