I LOVE this store! In lieu of other Hardware/Home Improvement chains, I have started hitting Menards. Their employees seem to genuinely care about their customers and they have a great selection that is reasonably priced.
Beware of Menards when buying appliances. They will not exchange a Brand stove when the oven doesn't work. Poor customer service on appliances, will not shop in the future..
I enjoy shopping here, rather than Home Depot/Lowe's, because it is so spacious and easy to maneuver through to find what you need. Also having other non-hardware merchandise is appealing to me as a female shopper. Prices seem to be competitive with other large chain hardware stores.
Service is very poor. Asked to speak to manager, nobody ever came to service desk. Filed online complaint with corporation, never got a response. Typical poorly ran corporation.
