Monthly I have shopped Minards. The younger gentleman and the lady in paint have been knowledgeable and wonderfully helpful. Two ladies in ‘returns’ including the younger with dark hair, couldn’t have been more helpful and quick. In the drapery section, a younger man searched while I was waiting on the phone, found what I needed and had it held overnight for me. You pick up a product you look at tag (price) you take to front to cashier to cash out and it rings up more then tag says. You mention this oh they can't do that. Well it's not my fault your stocking people don't know how to stock. And put things in the wrong spot and wrong price. At least at home depot or Lowe's or Wal-Mart for that matter makes it right. It's not my job to read each price tag before I buy it. If that the case put me on your payroll.

If zero or negative stars was an option they would get the worst score possible. I purchased a special order pole building and my entire experience was an absolute nightmare. They took my money with a smile, but when it came time to take delivery, they screwed up just about every aspect of my order. My POLE building didn't include the POLES as part of their kit! I had to pay almost $2000 out of pocket for 18 6x6x22' posts. I spent hours and hours on the phone with the building materials manager complaining about the ridiculo... read more

I have been over six months trying to get my rebate . The store is no help and I have sent many e mails to rebate international no response . Then I get the rebate and they send me an email that it’s cancelled.
