The customer service at this Menard's has gone downhill the past few months. I have had some bad experiences with very rude employees. I also have paid for three consecutive special orders and have not received what I paid for. And was offered only indifference and no apology. Do not recommend this particular store.
Best sales around incl. plenty of cost-free items (after rebate)--or nearly free. "Save Big Money" slogan is accurate. I shop here almost every Sunday, so I think I'd know. I'm a little surprised at how much they've expanded the product offering. Not at all just a home improvement store now. They sell appliances, mattresses, food, clothing, holiday items, etc. I'm not complaining, just explaining. Nice, new store. Usually has things in stock. Great prices as always. Employees here are pretty good and helpful.
