The customer service at this Menard's has gone downhill the past few months. I have had some bad experiences with very rude employees. I also have paid for three consecutive special orders and have not received what I paid for. And was offered only indifference and no apology. Do not recommend this particular store.
Best sales around incl. plenty of cost-free items (after rebate)--or nearly free. "Save Big Money" slogan is accurate. I shop here almost every Sunday, so I think I'd know. I'm a little surprised at how much they've expanded the product offering. Not at all just a home improvement store now. They sell appliances, mattresses, food, clothing, holiday items, etc. I'm not complaining, just explaining.
