6 August 2025 5:45 pm Tonight I had to go get a shower door for a rental property. I have no idea on how to repair or do the job let alone what to pick up for the job. Do not rent equipment from this location. Called to check if a nail gun was available but the customer service agent was rude and abrasive. Stated that it is available but first come first serve. When I arrived they gave me such a hard time about my unexpired temp ID, servicemember ID, and passport. Finally Tracy gave the approval to the agent. Went to but am overhead door and just horrible service all the way from the rude gate attendant to the lazy people in the back that wouldn't help me get the door down. Just awesome representation of what Menards should be.
