just now Bought what was supposed to be a 10x12 Backyard Creations steel roof gazebo. Ended up being 8x10 and the netting so loose that it’s useless to keep bugs out. Worked with the manufacturer to get new netting because we could live with smaller size as long as it keep bugs out. After two week wait we got it and same issue. Went back to Menards to see about refund or return and they refused to do anything since it’s out of the box. This was not a cheap gazebo at $1200 and product did not fit description.
