I'm doing some remodeling on my home, Teresa was very helpful with suggestions and patient. She was always professional. The other staff members were helpful as well. Kudo,s to the staff at this Menards, especially Teresa. More than satisfied.
This store sucks and if your going to have front end management do cards on file they need to be trained on how to do them so we are not there 30mins waiting for them to fix their mess ups. Kim was very rude with us, tried grabbing paid items out of my hands and not professional at all should not be working in customer service. Will be making an in person complaint.
Yesterday my mom and I went to get flowers for our yard. After getting there and seeing the selection I'm appalled at least two out of every set of 9 flowers were dead. Flowers were wilting and not taken care of at all! I've never seen a Menards that didn't have 1 watering hose in sight! We seen employees sitting around and talking to each other shooting the sh*t but not one person took it upon them selves to take care of the thousands of dollars worth of flowers that are dieing and will have to be thrown away! Difficulty in getting friendly assistance. Employees assume the customer knows where and how to pick up merchandise. NOT very accomodatiing. Appears that several employees hate their jobs. I Always leave UPSET.
Yesterday, a freak wind destroyed a sort door on our house. The storm door was a Larson, from Menard's in Quincy, Ill - a 40-mile drive from our farm. I checked online for a replacement door and found one at the Quincy Menard's store. Because the door was a special order when I purchased it last summer, I wanted to speak with a live person at the store before driving a 100-mile round trip. I got "Art" in the door department. I won't even give them one star.The web site for Kewanee Illinois menards says they rent concrete mixers. I called to rent one and was told they only rent rug doctors and blow in insulation machines. then change you web site because that's false advertising.
Your security people at the loading dock area were very rude!!! You need to teach them people skills better!!! Not very good for P. R. They need to be more respectful to their customers and not have such pissy attitudes with them!!! Really!
