Better selection than similar competitors, and it’s slightly less difficult to find someone to ask for help (but it’s still unacceptably difficult).
Menards location is pretty consistent with having everything I need in store. Employees are always nice and helpful!
I've had many issues with this location and the constant changing of policies, because of that I will no longer be a customer of this Menards. The attitude of all the staff, the incompetence of management and frankly the disrespect of vendors is horrific. No I don't spend millions of dollars or anything like that of course but the approximate 5,000 I would spend year or every couple years can go to Lowe's instead.
