Yesterday we waited 6 hours for a delivery to find out Menards KC North’s driver dumped our order on a HWY somewhere. I had to take a day off to sit here all day which was fine initially but should have known there would be issues when we called to get a window while they were actively loading the truck and his response to the associate as to when he thought it would be there was (heard the guy) that he would ‘be there when he got here’ and made sure to ask which order it was.
