Always great customer service here and the store is clean and organized. I'll never say I like their rebate program though. It's such a scam, but you get used to looking for the real price before rebate. My experience with actually trying to get the rebate is 50/50 of whether you get any money back. Now I only send in the rebate for big purchases which is why they do this. They know it's too much frustration for smaller purchases so they don't have to actually honor the rebate price.
