Get rid of the stupid mask rule. Funny how I can deliver to your distribution center without a mask but cant shop. After being turned away at Menards, I went to Lowes and spent $300 in the garden center.
Here for the last two months since the coronavirus Menards has done nothing for their customers now when it’s coming to an end they’re going to force you to wear a mask to go into their store. That is messed up I will not be shopping at Menards any longer because of that hypocrisy and communism
just to let your manager know since I was turned away for not wearing a mask I have contacted a few lawyers including an ada lawyer since you want to discriminate against disabled people that cannot wear mask .
I made the mistake of going today. We saw at least 10 staff w/o masks on. A bunch of shoppers w/o masks. Yes they took a bogus temp from someone with dirty PPE and then you walked threw the turnstile that everyone touched and nobody washed. Not one bottle of hand sanitizer anywhere in the store. I was at Menards today. They had someone cleaning off the carts with a rag. Then they used the same rag on another cart. Cross contaminating each cart if one was contaminated.
Took my dog in. I have taken him into numerous Menards and was never told I couldn’t. Told me “ we have food” . What wrapped stuff? not deli or unwrapped stuff. I called back and said we would never return. Didn’t seem to seem to bother them. Right down the street is a Lowes. Said that where Ill be doing business with. They had a bad attitude!

Went there today & tried to use my Veterns Discount. Menards don't recognize the Vets. Home Depot will be getting my business.
