Bradley store sucks. Manager sucks also along with the girl he gave authority to..little sheep. Lowes is cheaper and a lot better with customer service.
Why would you offer in store only coupons when we are in a pandemic. In tier 3 status no less. What a terrible idea.
Menards is a joke. Walked in and was asked if I had a mask. I told the lady I was unable to wear a mask medically and was asked to leave. I called and spoke to a manager about this and was told that’s their policy. He told me if I wouldn’t wear a mask that I could order what I needed online and pick it up in the yard. I told him I wouldn’t spend another dime in their store.
Frankly I wouldn’t recommend this or any other Menards. The 11% rebate is a joke. Submitted my receipts with a purchase of $5,002 and never received my rebate. Jerked around by corporate which deferred me to the rebate company. Sent the receipts to the rebate company twice and haven’t received a nickel. Sounds like a scam. Think twice before you spend a lot of money there expecting an 11% rebate. Emails are not returned from the rebate company. Never again. Scam

The worst customer service I have had in a long time. Two team members in the yard directed me to the wrong product. When I checked out of the yard the guard did not notice it either. I called the store once I got home and noticed it was the wrong product. I suggested to the GM, I think Ron is his name, that a replacement should be sent to my house. they are trying to force people to ware a mask and if you don't have one they sell you one I will never ware a mask it is a fact that they the masks do not help and the ones they sell withing ,30 minutes you will be breathing in carbon dioxide from yourself poisoning you you wonder why you feel funny well that's why and it's not a law this is America not communist China we are free
