I shop at Menards often because of the quality of service and product,. I want to call attention to an experience that I had 5/30/15 in the plumbing department, there was and employee an older male bald in the top who spent more time running from customers to avoid helping them. I was there with a friend and we had to literately chase this guy down to get a few questions answered about product that would best suite our needs.
