Do not go to this Menards if you need help with something. No one is willing to help. All employees walk by you without acknowledging you or ask you if you need any help. I needed help trimming a shade. Someone was paged twice to help and never came. I stood there for 10 minutes before I gave up and walked out. HORRIBLE customer service!

Employees were awesome. It was my first time retrieving a pick up order. Usually people who place pick up orders do so because, they do not want to traverse THE ENTIRE STORE. It is absolutely asinine that order pick up is in the way back corner opposite the entrance. I'll keep shopping at Menards, but I'll never place another pick up order because Menard's "system" defeats the purpose. I'll order from Walmart or Target and have it delivered to my door instead.
