Very rude and disrespectful. I was treated like my opinion didn't matter and was taken advantage of on a rental item. I knew there was a fee for it being returned late. fee was full rental price for 24 hrs so I said I would pay it and keep it. I was told no it doesn't work that way and my ticket was already closed. and was told im sorry sir which was a terrible answer and is not the end of it.
