Worst customer service desk ever! Hope you don’t ever have to be *assisted* by Janet at the CS desk. I’m calling the manager there, in the morning!!!
The store is set up excellently , however the website is not worth a tinker's damn. I recommend visits only forget online.
Rachel, the store manager at Illinois Rd. store spent hours on the phone with my credit card company getting a refund credited to my account that was due to me on a returned item. Thank you Rachel! One of my favorite " go-to stores" . Such a wide variety of items, and friendly helpful people.
The employees at this Menards are extremely helpful and go out of their way to assist customers. I am in this store on the average of at least 3 times per week or more. I do price comparisons and on non sale items their prices are almost always lower than Lowes. If you need help or advice on a project this is the place to go.
