Lots of employees around to "help", but they often don't know where items are & will pass you on to someone else. Some even avoid eye contact when you approach. But there are several emps who will ask how you're doing & if you need help & are very knowledgeable. Prices seem ok to me. They have a good selection and returns are very easy. Customer service desk emps are usually very friendly.
Where's the diversity Minot?!? I mean you guys need competition home depot, lowes, Maynard's or whatever its pronounced like has the ability to name its price on anything and the masses have nothing but to blindly accept obsurdly priced Chinese crap. And mop them dirty floors! Ok not everything is Chinese junk that is why they also have a food aisle. You'll need something to eat while embarking on the epic journey in search of items to buy that keep jobs in the states. Wait a minute they sell mopeds "redeemed!"
when ever i call i get pleasant people and very helpful people to assist me but then when u actually shop there they have some rude people
Overall clean, well stocked store. In particular, the hardware clerk treated my husband and I as if we were interrupting his day. Purchased the item and today I telephoned the location asking if I paid for another of the item, would they hold it until we could return to pick it up. [a 280 mile round trip from our rural home to the big city] Hardware manager was curt and told me they have a 5 day pre-paid holding only.
