About the first of September, I ordered a 16x24 garage kit from the NW Menards in Wichita, KS. From the day of delivery the nightmare began. We began to realize that some of what was on the order weren't delivered and some items delivered weren't on the order! After much frustration, I asked for someone to come out and look the situation over and bring what was supposed to be delivered, and take back the stuff that wasn't on the order! I just left after asking three different workers where the tape for wood stove pipes was each one told me a different spots all was wrong had me all over.. yet not one could help me find it.. Wasn't like they was busy just walking around.. I will start taking my business to Home Depot.
I was excited to see a new hardware store competing with Home Depot and Lowes when it arrived in our area. I have now done business with this location and am disgusted by the true lack of service I receive when doing business with this location. Example: Online order for 6 x 12 x 8 pressure treated lumber. The lumber was terrible quality, and because I wasn't taking that item, your staff thought it was appropriate to tell me to take my car already loaded with lumber to customer service on the other side of the store to ... read more
Went in there without a mask and was chased down by a bevy of little Hitlers. I run my own business and spend $100,000 a and I would not buy a stick of gum from this place
This business have employee who is lazy and ignoring there customers We came to get a fence and nobody want to help us I even called the manager he came out and he’s telling me nobody complain about Menards I’m like this is not why I called you I called you because nobody want to help us we did not say nothing bad to anybody we’re just trying to get help get the fence so we can get out of here so lazy and very poor customer service I would never go back Home Depot and Lowe’s are much better place as far as customer service ... read more
Received something damaged in shipping. No customer service telephone number. Email and it takes days to respond. Then they says things like you should not have tried that. We can’t refund now since you opened damaged item. Four days later
If I could give this sh’t ZERO, I would! Horrible customer service!
