Stopped there today to buy a generator. It weighed over 200 lbs and I was alone so I needed help loading it. Evidently this is something that can't be done. Why sell anything heavy if it can't be loaded? I asked if we could take out back to the yard and load it and they thought I was crazy. Never going back to the Ralston store.
Went to Pick up an order that was placed online. Took two days for them to complete my order. After I’ve called several of times no one knew what was going on with my order. I finally went up there to see what is going on and the gal in the back by customer order Pick up was extremely rude. Says to another worker close by “oh this was the person on the phone” um so what?? I payed $650 for my order and it wasn’t even a lot of wood to gather. Then she just left.
