My fiance and I wanted to register at menards for gifts for our wedding. We went in to the store to scan our gifts. Shelly at customer service told us the scanner wasn't working and would be ready the following day. We went in the next day and she had someone else tell us it hadn't been fixed, but "someone was working on it." I called twice over the next 2 weeks and was told it still wasn't working.
