Went into Menards to look at windows. The gentleman in Building Materials stated he could assist. I told him I am looking for a quality window thinking he may know the specifics about windows. He said as long as they are insulated windows, then any will work. I asked, what is the difference between your $200 window versus the $600 window (low cost vs. higher cost). Edit: They finally reached out to me, 2-weeks after my attempts to contact them, only because I filed a dispute with my credit card company. They shipped me a replacement product & said they would discount me $50 off my order for the issues. I will add 2-more stars if they hold true to this. Was told their online "customer service" is handled by an "outside company" and that was the delay. Very unethical store. Send out damaged items, then ghost you! Very unethical store. Send out damaged items, then ghost you! I have reached out due to this issue via replying to the shipment email, Facebook messenger, customer service email listed on their Facebook page, calling, and customer service on their app with NO REPLY from any of these forms of communication. SCAM STORE! I will never shop at Menards again.
