The manager on duty Saturday 7/19/25 is rude and does not know customer service at all. We were in the garden center and had a question. Could not find any employee. I had to walk all the way across the whole store to go to customer service desk. I asked for the manager and I said I have walked the whole store to get help and did not see one employee. When I reached the service desk I told her what I was looking for and she told me where it was located, no hi can I help you or I’m sorry that happend to you? Nope just a smirk... read more
07/14 Checked out with Cashier Brianna @ 4:41 pm. She has horrible customer service, did not say hello, did not say have a great day. She just grabbed my buggy and started scanned without greeting. I said well hello and she just looked crazy. If I didn’t need my items(large totes) I would’ve just canceled the whole transaction. Please get her some better training. Homewood Location
