Difficult getting a hold of Dr. Office hours on website says open until 5pm but voicemail says they close at 4pm. My parents have requested a call back ,several weeks back , to be explained the results of an Ultrasound which triggered a requirement for an MRI . They are have not received a call back. Dr.Menard's availability is very limited for patients. My parents are often visiting with the nurse practitioner..
Dr. Carter's reception is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. A simple call for an appointment and she's speaking over you, cutting you off and abruptly hangs up. One of the most unpleasant people I have ever met. Time to retire.
I love Dr. Menard she is fabulous! Her receptionist on the other hand is quite rude. I miss Tina! She was actually nice and helpful!
The secretary is rude?she said there was an opening for my son to have a doctor.Weeks after he made an apointement.She said it was a misunderstanding and that the doctor's the boss and that she gets what she wants??woow??
