I had some jewelry repaired here and when it got back, the stone was BLACK and they tried convincing me it was like that before. That's something I would have noticed....
I am very disappointed in Menards. I went in to have one ring buffed and another ring repaired. I was quoted a price and very please with the quote. I trusted the quote/people and walked out with my ticket but nothing in writting and when I returned to pick my rings up they charged me double the original quote and hacked one of my rings (the one repaired) which happens to be my great grandmothers.
