I contacted Menai Animal Hospital for advice when my friend's dog was having problems eating, drinking and in obvious distress. I was asked to help out as they were at work . The response was immediate and the care given was compassionate and professional. A severe abdominal blockage was found and dealt with,all facilities for X-ray and surgery were available on site ,I and the owners were very impressed with the care in what could have been a disastrous outcome.
My Birman Evie Had to be put down last week. The vet Dr Kay and nurse Fiona were so thoughtful to my needs during this sad time. Thank you
As a rescuer with over 8 years of experience, I have never had such a strange and bizarre experience at a vet clinic before. Firstly, you aren’t met with a vet, you’re met with the vet nurse who isn’t just condescending but repeatedly asks the same questions regarding a litter of kittens and where they were found and where the mother is, as if what was told was a lie. Highly recommend. Great vet and great staff who really put the animals first and care about them, so much so my dogs are very happy to go there for vaccinations, check up etc. The staff know their stuff and are happy to help out. Love the nutrition program advice available re essential nutrients, proportions etc should you choose to make your own dog food. Both my dogs were desexed here on the same day for a very reasonable price and with excellent service and very good post op observations. Really happy to keep coming here.... read more
