Took my cat for a F3 shot and vet Kay was very rude to my wife she grabbed my cat roughly yanked her mouth open to show us the ulcers in her mouth and started to get angry and raised her voice after my wife said that our vet from our old suburb said that the ulcers are from cat virus. dr Kay said she has over 50 yrs of experience and these are ulcers not from cat flu other vets don't know what they are talking about etc. My poor cat was scared, and my wife was very upset. The team are always amazing with every visit. They've helped my dog through cancer and are always there with advice and support. Thanks Dr Kay, Nurse Tristan and the team.
