Fantastic staff all round. Could not be happier
Fantastic service has given us more time with our babies. The staff are so lovely. The laser therapy has helped our aged dogs a new lease on life.
Services were fine I just hope that other very sick animals are shown more compassion and gentleness in the future.
Absolutely devastating experience – NEVER come here I am beyond upset and angry about the way my dog and I were treated at Menai Animal Hospital. What should have been a simple follow-up turned into an exhausting and traumatic ordeal. I took my dog in for an ear procedure and was quoted $1,000 all up. I very clearly asked if there would be any additional fees for returning to have the stitches removed and was told no. That promise was completely broken.
