Absolutely devastating experience – NEVER come here I am beyond upset and angry about the way my dog and I were treated at Menai Animal Hospital. What should have been a simple follow-up turned into an exhausting and traumatic ordeal. I took my dog in for an ear procedure and was quoted $1,000 all up. I very clearly asked if there would be any additional fees for returning to have the stitches removed and was told no. That promise was completely broken. I want to thank this amazing team for everything they do for our pets we have placed our cats in their care previously Harry and Harper Reihana both were tremendously well looked after without a doubt we chose to have Harry when he passed cremated at this veterinary unfortunately we lost another cat Ehu Reihana. Special shout out to Caitlin or Kaitlyn not sure how her name is spelt working this evening you are amazing thank you for being so kind and compassionate towards myself and my family with the loss of our Cat Ehu
Took my cat for a F3 shot and vet Kay was very rude to my wife she grabbed my cat roughly yanked her mouth open to show us the ulcers in her mouth and started to get angry and raised her voice after my wife said that our vet from our old suburb said that the ulcers are from cat virus. dr Kay said she has over 50 yrs of experience and these are ulcers not from cat flu other vets don't know what they are talking about etc. My poor cat was scared, and my wife was very upset.
