Follow up to my previous review. The business attempted to repair their reputation by continuing to fault the customer for their experience online. Read multiple reviews and judge for yourself whether this is a business you would want to support. Their website and app functionality makes it impossible to book an appointment. The salon was contacted to inform them of the issue with their technology, they failed to fix their issue or present a reasonable alternative. Was excited to have a new salon in Wendell, but would not give this company my business.
I love this salon. I always get a great cut and color plus there are a lot of nice little touches like a hot towel, hand massage, and a glass of wine. Kiki is always on time which I appreciate. I like product and they have a great selection of Oribe and Aveda.
Not my experience but my wife’s. Wife has seen Gabby 4 previous times and was happy with her work, but she was told she was too difficult to work with (she didn’t agree to any upsell by Gabby) and told she could only work with Kiki going forward. However when she showed up for her 7pm appointment Kiki was a no show with no notice and she was told she would have to wait a month for another appointment.
