We stopped by the Souderton location of Menagerie Foods inside the Brass Collar Brewery and were really impressed! The food is clearly made with love, care and quality ingredients. The Jerk wings, Thai burger with cucumber and peanut sauce was packed with flavor and perfectly balanced, and the ceviche was incredibly fresh and bright. Everything tasted thoughtfully prepared rather than rushed. If you’re looking for creative, fresh food made with heart, this spot is definitely worth seeking out.
