THIS WAS ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A TRAVEL COMPANY. I BOOKED A GROUP TRIP FOR MY GRANDPARENTS 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE. IT WAS A GROUP OF 8PEOPLE, AND EVEN THOUGH YOU FOUND FLIGHTS FOR THE OTHER 6 TOUR MEMBERS, YOU LEFT MY GRANDPARENTS WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. THERE WAS A STRIKE, BUT YOU STILL MANAGED TO FIND FLIGHTS FOR THE REST OF THE GROUP UNDER THOSE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES.
