After an off-road motorcycle accident that messed up my knee I went to the ER. I’m not one to go to the ER (or the Dr very often). I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. They were fast , kind and professional . I’m sure there are times when they are busier and slower but my experience was great . I live 300 miles away and dreaded going in but they were great. Hopefully the ER isn’t in your future but I felt great with my experience and am glad I went .

I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews but this place is ridiculous. Not only has their lab mixed up and made mistakes on bloodwork, they have the lab orders labeled under the wrong doctor even after I pointed it out. I missed out on a week of work due to their error. More recently I came to the ER with my father. The doctor said he was going to write him a prescription and he could go home. Dr.Rocha and his surgical team are amazing. My after surgery care in L&D was top notch. My nurses were so caring and attentive!

Highly irritated! I went in lastnight 02/20/2026. Had kidney stones. I dont always show pain, nor am I a damn drug seeker. I know what drugs are for what because I work in Healthcare also. I had dr khalal or whatever the freak his name is, I really dont care because I dont want him ever taking care of me again! I know my rights! Tell me why after the so-called stronger meds and im still alert and aware and in pain that you'd turn around and give me Tylenol via Intravenous. My father had an accident and went to mena, he had staples put in his head and they didnt clean it, now he has cellulitis. Also he has a torn rotor cuff ( damage to his muscles and tendons) and they didnt diagnose that. I would not ever go to this hospital. Also my wife gave birth there 4 year ago and it was the WORST experience. This hospital does not care about you, only about your money. If i was dying I think id rather die then go there. Its like that.
