I took my dad to Mena ER(7/28/2026). Checked in with registration and completed paperwork at 8:50 PM. Finished with triage nurse at 9:05. The nurse didn’t give her name, she indicated it would be a wait because they had a full house. 1015 PM I asked the nurse for a urine specimen cup for my dad, both nurses were eating. I returned the urine specimen cup and labeled it for the nurse. I included the time of 2227 when the urine was collected. Dad asked me to go to Wendy’s to get him coffee and something sweet. They don't care about your medical health they just care about money that's it if you can go to Hot Springs anywhere but this place
After an off-road motorcycle accident that messed up my knee I went to the ER. I’m not one to go to the ER (or the Dr very often). I couldn’t have been happier with the experience. They were fast , kind and professional . I’m sure there are times when they are busier and slower but my experience was great . I live 300 miles away and dreaded going in but they were great. Hopefully the ER isn’t in your future but I felt great with my experience and am glad I went .
I don’t enjoy leaving negative reviews but this place is ridiculous. Not only has their lab mixed up and made mistakes on bloodwork, they have the lab orders labeled under the wrong doctor even after I pointed it out. I missed out on a week of work due to their error. More recently I came to the ER with my father. The doctor said he was going to write him a prescription and he could go home. Dr.Rocha and his surgical team are amazing. My after surgery care in L&D was top notch. My nurses were so caring and attentive!
