Staff has always been nice and helpful.
The front desk staff at this clinic is rude and incompetent. Unfortunately I don't think there are any other options to get medical care here in Mena.
Too long waiting time. For a 3 pm appointment we are still waiting at 4:34 not knowing when the Dr shows up.
My children have been rescheduled TWICE for well-child visits, a month out each time. We refuse to see one of the pediatricians because she is AWFUL. We have offically quit this clinic.
Never experienced anything like this. I'm 60 years old. I waited 3 months for an appointment and had one at 4pm. It is after 6pm and I'm still sitting in the waiting room.
