Had my first visit with Dr. Mena and 5 stars isn’t enough. She was very personable and easy to talk to. Thoroughly listens and truly wants to help. I’ve spent my entire life searching for a primary I don’t feel like just another number on the schedule with and I left there as happy as I could’ve been. So thankful to have found her!

The office is great too -- close to home and now very easy to schedule same day sick appointments. I got on the MyMercy app on Thursday evening and got a 3:30 pm appointment on Friday!

I needed to make an appointment with Dr. Luangjamekorn "ONLY" to follow up with my condition. I was directly told this, and in order to do that I would have to wait for two months to be seen. They're currently accepting new patients at this location as well. I don't think I'll bother going back, and will be searching for a new primary care physician. What's the point of having one, if you can't see them?
