My husband and I have been going to Dr. Mena for several years now. She is the best we've ever had. She is very easy to talk to and listens, doesn't hesitate to take the time you need to fully understand your needs. The office is great too -- close to home and now very easy to schedule same day sick appointments. I got on the MyMercy app on Thursday evening and got a 3:30 pm appointment on Friday!

I needed to make an appointment with Dr. Luangjamekorn "ONLY" to follow up with my condition. I was directly told this, and in order to do that I would have to wait for two months to be seen. They're currently accepting new patients at this location as well. I don't think I'll bother going back, and will be searching for a new primary care physician. What's the point of having one, if you can't see them?
Called to set up an office the lady who answered the phone was condescending changed my mind immediately
