They do great hair but the thing about prices not being posted anywhere in their store, they make it up or switch it around so you’ll never know how much you’re paying that day.

I have been here since 2021, Always saw Elana but this last experience was TERRIBLE. I text her and ask for an appointment. she says they don't take appointments walk in only which is a lie because i have been making appointments for 3 years. But ok lets say she changed the policy whatever. I get there around 2 pm. a lady walks in after me who they see first( remember walk-ins only) . after waiting for 2 hours I finally get seated for a wash and the lady ask me if I just took out braids.
