I have been here since 2021, Always saw Elana but this last experience was TERRIBLE. I text her and ask for an appointment. she says they don't take appointments walk in only which is a lie because i have been making appointments for 3 years. But ok lets say she changed the policy whatever. I get there around 2 pm. a lady walks in after me who they see first( remember walk-ins only) . after waiting for 2 hours I finally get seated for a wash and the lady ask me if I just took out braids. if you have curly hair DO NOT COME HERE. This salon left me with severe heat damage. They do not use heat protectants and they up-charge for every little thing. A year ago, I cut all my hair off and let it grow out. This was my first time getting a press in 365 days and you all have ruined my hair completely. On top of ruining my hair, you charged me for having “a lot of hair” when it was really just thick. not long. my hair is barely shoulder length.
