Canceled my appointment the night before I was leaving on vacation leaving me to scramble for a haircut. They were great for a long time. My guy Marshall did an awesome job. But now I cant get an appointment after 3pm and the appointments I do get they canceled at the last minute.
Stay away. Had 3 appointments for me and my family. They decided they were closing early so they just canceled two of the appointments and never told us until we were already there. No apology, nothing. This location needs better management clearly
Really impressed. The website was easy to schedule the appointment and then the haircut was very good, professional place and nice lady.
Went because of the shampoo and styling. Not included in "every" haircut anymore, it's $10 extra.
