I had to find a new place for a hair cut in 2020 (first year of covid), and as luck would have it Lilian was seeing new clients. I've never been great at conveying what I'm looking for in a hair cut but Lilian figured it out and from that first cut through many more in the six years since I've been very happy with the results. The experience is enjoyable every visit, with her comfortable and relaxed shop, pleasant conversation, and of course the quick hair cut at a fair price. Highly recommended!
Colleague at work with a great haircut referred me to Lilian. Finally, after 5 years living in the Bay area I found a barber I like. Lillian managed to tame the hair at the back of my head which has always looked messy
My first haircut by Lillian today. Perfect! She answered a second call with my name. When I came in she acknowledged me by name. She asked for any requests. She met my requests with ease. She checked with me several times "is this ok". She said how what she did will help correct a problem. She LISTENED. She knew what to do next time. My hair hasn't looked this good after a cut in more than 10 yrs. This is customer service at it's finest. You have set a high bar in the first visit! Thank you Lillian... I will be back.

Lilian is fantastic with men's haircuts. I've been going there for the last few years and will definitely continue to. Great stylist. Reasonably priced. Quality haircut without taking too much time. Convenient location (right off of 101). Web site with easy-to-make online appointments, which sends text reminders. A relaxing, calming place to get a haircut, too. And, Lilian is a really good person and pleasant to talk to. I highly recommend without hesitation.
