Simon helped me through a very difficult time with my mental health. He was caring, compassionate and provided practical strategies that really helped. I’m very grateful for his support and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. He’s the real deal.
Waste of money until I turned to a psychologist to know the difference. No solutions provided. Just being heard is no therapy when you really need support. I dont recommend the practice based on my experience.
