Cesar did a great job on my first cut, but my experience on the second visit wasn’t the same. I came in yesterday and asked for someone specific, but was told he was busy and they could assign me to another barber. A young woman came out from the back, and I don’t think she had much experience. The side part wasn’t done properly—now I have hair from the top falling over awkwardly.
