I rented from Doug n Vivian Spates almost 20 years, I enjoyed my time with them. Office folks very pleasant to speak with on phone and in person, if your in a bind they are willing to help work with you.
The most horrible place to rent from!! They discriminate people that aren't even living there or gonna live there!! Bed bugs infested cock roaches infested!! Time they get reported!!! P.S ONLY GIVING ONE STAR TO LEAVE REVIEW!!!
