Don't even try to have your vehicle inspected here. I have been there 5 times and there is always an excuse. First, there was water where they test the brakes. This was the excuse for four days. Then, the guy who did the inspection was about to go to lunch. It is 11:10 in the morning. The lady in the front office is very rude and doesn's seem to care about business.
