This place is a complete waste of time and money. Brought my dog in on a weekend for breathing concerns because his regular vet was closed. They took him back and the vet came in within 5 minutes of him leaving me and said she wanted to get an X-ray (2 views). This is exactly what I expected would happen so they could make sure there wasn’t anything caught in his throat and that his lungs were clear. On February 14 2022, my daughter came home to the neighborhood cat with a broken right back foot, with the bone protruding. I immediately called this emergency clinic and was told it would be a 3-4 hour wait unless its an emergency. I explained the situation to the woman who answered the phone (Shelby I believe) and told her the bone was sticking out and yes, that would constitute an emergency in my opinion. It's no way this place has a 4.1 star review..called for emergency help for pitbull due to toxic poison.. understand the protocol and process of calling the animal poison control center..the number they gave me, never answered..wait time over a hour..call the hospital back..told her the trouble I was having with no one picking up the call and my poor dog was in distress..they instructed me to bring dog to hospital, and I could go back out and try calling again for a control Number..pouring rain..2:00 am in the morning and h... read more
