Feels like I am walking on sunshine every time I leave. The staff is great here and so are the docs
My friend was having back problems and told me about this place. Staff is friendly and everyone here smiles and makes me feel welcomed. I sleep better at night since I have been getting adjustments and my allergies have almost disappeared.
I love going to this place, the girls are so professional and nice at the front desk. The doctors keep their appointments and are never overbooked at all.
When I first came in a little over a year ago, I was facing back surgery. With the help of chiropractic and decompression in physical therapy all was avoided!! I now come in for monthly adjustments and feel like family. I absolutely love the staff here!
I have an upcoming appointment with this pain treatment clinic and reading the below ratings I am scared to death of going and feel very hopeless that they will even try to help me get out of the chronic pain that I suffer from in all my joints due to Chronic Lyme Disease and Systemic Lupus): My primary care provider will not prescribe any more pain meds because they say the have reached the maximum limit they can prescribe? Awful pain treatment center. I have Ankylosing spondylitis, and I hurt all of the time. The waiting room chairs are uncomfortable, and the wait times to see a nurse practitioner are on average 3 hours. That is the average, I have waited longer. What I dont get is that my appointment time was at 9AM. How do you get 3 hours behind in your work after being open for just 1 hour ? You do not get to see a doctor, you see a nurse practitioner. I have chronic pain, I was sent to this pseudo pain clinic. No doctor on staff just FNP. No bedside manner, treat you like a drug dealer or addict. Trust me if I weren't trying to get legitimate help I would spend 5/6 hours waiting for treatment. They don't even deserve one star. The staff are rude, the only way to receive medication for your pain is to subject yourself to painful shots that do not help and then they write you 15 tablets and tell you to take Tylenol. This place is horrible! I went here for 6 months for the DRX machine because I have a herniated disk. It has helped my back and created space between my discs but when it comes to the billing part of it they are idiots. They can set you up on a payment plan which is nice but what they don't tell you is how high your bill is getting or exactly how much the bill is.
