I brought my child who recently turned 18 for an hearing evaluation for SDD required appointment. The staff and Dr Smith with her assistant went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. They were exceptional in working with someone with Asperger's as well as being profoundly deaf (wears a unilateral cochlear implant). Thank you so much.

I took my 3 year old here to have her hearing and speech evaluated after being diagnosed with autism. The audiologist and her students made my little girl so comfortable she was singing and playing when she usually will have a meltdown in an unfamiliar area. They are caring and kind. I want to thank specifically Lindsey (I hope I got her name right) for making my Ellie so happy with that Mickey Mouse doll! If your child needs speech and hearing services this is the place to take them!

I told the guard "It's OK, I own the building. I can park here". We compromised and they gave me parking pass. I told the receptionist at the hearing aid office about it and she said she would just post a picture of me so that they knew who I was next time. She said she was on her way to the post office anyway and would just use their picture of me. Dr. Banks, I missed you however you had 2 very sharp students handle everything.
