Memphis sewer and water are amazing. I can’t say enough good things about them. We had a bigger company quote us DOUBLE what Memphis sewer and water charged us. On top of that, they were able to pull strings to get our sewer repaired the next day rather than having to wait almost a week. Ryan was a pleasure to work with over the phone, promptly responded and helped us get this disaster taken care of as quickly as possible. Had a pipe burst in the yard. This is a picture of the water damage to concrete coming from the grass and sewer. They replaced the whole pipe with an expanding pipe. They were available about 2 business days after first half of payment. It took about 3 hours to dig through our yard and concrete, to replace the old pipe. They were friendly and explained the process before and also what took place after. It was 4 or 5 men, making the quality of their work better, because each one was able to spot check one another. Had an issue w sewer line my plumber thought might be an issue, Ryan w Memphis Sewer came out to assess and was super expedient, did NOT charge me an arm and a leg to look at it and everything was fine, also offered advice on how to trouble shoot moving forward if the issue arose again.
