We've used Window World for more than one project at our house. The most recent left a bad taste in our mouth and they don't seem to be interested in solving it. We had a door installed a year or two ago and all went well. We thought so much of it that we hired them to do another door. Both doors have alarm contacts in them. The first door went fine, and the alarm was reconnected. On the second door they told us they would reconnect the alarm as well. Great sales visit and a wonderful install process.
Had 11 windows and 2 doors replaced. Window World was great to work with from sales to install. Was surprised how quick they got it scheduled after everything arrived at their local office. Had a couple of small issues that were found after the install, but they came back and straightened it out. Everything looks great. Highly recommend them to anyone.
