I purchased windows from Window World a couple of years ago. I have NEVER been satisfied. Install process was a disaster. They had to send others to my home to fix the careless install, brick was even chipped and windows were not flush to frame. I placed plastic up to my new windows to see if I had air seeping in like the old original windows. And, yes, the plastic is extending out like a balloon. When I push on the plastic that is up to the Window World windows, it bounces back same as the old windows. What a waste of $$$$$... read more
