They sent my supposed account with them to a collection agency when I had never even received a bill from them. I had had an MRI several months previously and thought I had paid everything as I had paid hundreds to the facility after the insurance had paid their part. I had no idea I owed anyone anything else. This was a highly unprofessional action on their part and I am considering my legal options. They sent me to collections without ever sending me a bill. When I contacted them about it they claimed they sent me two bills and asked, “have you checked your mailbox?” Are you kidding me?????
Bad service and they will contact anyone you list for emergency contacts about bill payments BEFORE you. Not using them again
Amazing and Professional Team
According to my wife, the care was satisfactory, but their billing situation is a nightmare, and they refuse to do anything about it. We got sent to collections without ever receiving a bill.
