I’ve used MPI before and was happy with their work. However, over a month ago, they lost my most recent order, an original 25 year old picture of my two kids on the front of our family boat. Three employees I’ve now spoken to about it claim that they “don’t lose orders”. Cliff Satterfield, the “President” is “aware of the situation” accorded to my call to the store today, but he won’t call me to discuss it. No call, no apology, no explanation.
