I want to commend our pool service technician, Brian. He provides excellent customer service and I would imagine he is a huge asset for Memphis Pool. Yesterday, I had a question about our invoice. Brian immediately tracked down the answer and called me back within minutes. You just can't find good people like him anymore. I was a first time inground pool owner in 2020. I have spent the last 4 years working to keep my pool clear with different pool companies. I spent a LOT of money on pool chemicals. This year I went to Memphis Pools. They used a chemical called Endure. They only additional chemical I have need to purchase is baking soda. This is over a period of four weeks and my pool water is still crystal clear!!! I highly recommend Memphis Pools.
John is always very helpful at Memphis Pool. I thought I needed a new booster pump but after 10 seconds of talking to John, he knew I just needed to change the capacitor. With his instructions, I was able to do it myself! He is truly an asset to Memphis Pool!
Just bought a house with a pool and still try to figure it out what to do , Ryan helped us a lot with patience and his pool knowledge . This place for sure 5 stars .
