Recently purchased a new home with a pool. Previous owners had a weekly service with Memphis pool. Owner asked about transferring service to me and rather than be honest and tell them I wouldn’t get a spot cause there’s a list they told her I would have to call to initiate the service. When I called to do so I was told they had no slots. This is such a poor business model.
