I took my dolphin in because it recently stopped working and right away they knew what was wrong and fixed it right then and there! Great customer service!
I go to Memphis Pool for one reason only and that’s John. If he worked somewhere else, I would go there. Coming from the Oilfield it is in my nature to try and fix things myself, and as all pool owners know… there’s a lot of necessary maintenance and equipment repairing/replacing involved with owning a pool. The first time I came across an equipment issue that I could not fix (or even diagnose honestly) had to do with the circuitry for a control panel to a robotic cleaner.
