Rayshawn and Jacob went above and beyond . They took time out to answer some crazy questions I had and were very patient. It was a good experience.
Can’t express enough what a great employee John Forrester is at this location. It is the only place I will go for anything pool and spa. He was working on a part for me yesterday so I had a seat to wait. I watched 3 customers come in and go straight to him. All knew him by name. He was able to help all 3 while working on the part for me. He is excellent.
Great sales person, he told me how to install my purchase & told me " I'm sure it will fit..." & it did ! We're swimming daily... Dennis C.
