I go to Memphis Pool for one reason only and that’s John. If he worked somewhere else, I would go there. Coming from the Oilfield it is in my nature to try and fix things myself, and as all pool owners know… there’s a lot of necessary maintenance and equipment repairing/replacing involved with owning a pool. I want to commend our pool service technician, Brian. He provides excellent customer service and I would imagine he is a huge asset for Memphis Pool. Yesterday, I had a question about our invoice. Brian immediately tracked down the answer and called me back within minutes. You just can't find good people like him anymore.
