I can’t thank Shelby in the Service Office enough for sending the most awesome service technicians, Dewayne and Rico, to address the ongoing problem of my pool pump constantly losing prime. After an initial determination that a faulty skimmer door could be the cause, Dewayne replaced the skimmer door but the pump continued to lose prime. Dwayne and Ricco are awesome. Very very happy I got to see those 2 this past week to open my pool. Always patient with me and answers all my questions. The move together like a well oiled machine. Keep their word and come back to check on things. Very happy with their work.
