From John’s knowledge at the Collierville store, to Bill’s extremely knowledgeable and skilled maintenance and repair work, I could not commend them more highly! Even the office reception and scheduling employees go above and beyond in serving you. I would give Memphis Pool 10 stars, if offered. Memphis Pool Supply provided us with outstanding service yet again and have always come through for us....and quickly! Shelby and Dwayne responded immediately this morning when I discovered our pool pump motor had gone out after many years of working beautifully - it reached the end of its life cycle. Without a functioning pool pump, the pool water is not safe, of course, and Shelby and Dwayne jumped into service for us to get us back in great shape.
