My husband and I are new pool owners and live nearby this location. Alex was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and offered us information that we didn’t think to ask for. They offer free water testing and provide bottles for you to take samples with. The store carries a wide selection of chemicals and cleaning products as well as floaties and even hot tubs. Their liner display has some beautiful options, too. We can’t wait to continue building a relationship with Memphis Pool Germantown.
UPDATE: I want to add to this review that we’ve used MP for the service department many times and they have been exceptional. I tested my spa water one week out from his maintenance at a different pool store & my chemistry was so bad, I was advised to drain the whole spa & no one should get in…. My kids had just been in it… for one week out from o... read more
They open and close our pool every year. We also had a great experience recently with a repair.
