The store service at Collierville was very helpful & got a product (new chlorinator) that I needed right away. I reached out to management when I had concerns about a tech working on my pool and they were able to address all of my concerns punctually, professionally & fairly and I definitely appreciated that.
I am a new home owner & continued the $75 weekly service by a Memphis Pool technician to our home which was used by previous owners. I was concerned about the quality of care being done since technician often missed his scheduled days and would make very quick water/ chemical checks. Maybe vacuumed ?once.
