HORRIBLE’ no matter how much you call or message in mychart. There is NEVER no one to help with any service needs. You can be in pain and need a follow up they will schedule a year later then call you and cancel that appointment right before the appointment time. I’m so OVER this place. I had surgery on 1.2.2026 my left side is bulging out and look deformed. Yet I can’t get an appointment for a follow up!!
I rarely leave reviews, but this experience has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. I was led to believe my surgery had been approved and processed through insurance almost a year ago—only to find out it was never properly submitted. Instead, it was sent to the wrong insurance (my secondary instead of my primary), which resulted in a denial and forced my surgery to be rescheduled. If i could give a million stars, I would. The staff is absolutely AMAZING. From the front desk to the back office. I have never had a dull or bad moment. I feel at home and they have the type of personalities that any company would love to duplicate. I am glad to have chosen this team for my mammectomy.
