Dr Faxed over referral on 3/18/2025. Never got a call to make appointment. Called 3/24/25 to check and the rep on the phone said the lady that handles referrals is out and there is no one that can do that today. Call my doctor back and had it changed to arlington MPT. Review will be continued with them.
Over all a great experience. I had a difficult case and the ladies always did their best to help me. They are all wonderful ladies over all great place if you need help.
All of the Therapist and receptionists are extremely friendly and nice. It's like visiting friends. They explained each procedures and answers all of your questions. I'm glad to refer my family and friends. The environment is bright, and clean. Awesome staff and services
Wow! The absolute best experience I've ever had with physical therapy. The entire staff is friendly and always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel better. My therapist Autumn Coleman is amazing. She is constantly evaluating the exercises to ensure they are helping to recover. I highly recommend visiting this facility if you're in need of care. You will not be disappointed.
The ladies at Memphis Physical Therapy Atoka are top notch at working with me. I have had three strokes and arterial bypasses in both leg. They have been working with me on strength and balance. I have been going to therapy for six years. Memphis Physical Therapy Atoka is the second place I have attended therapy.
