I reached out to this office to schedule an appointment for my daughter and was told that the Manager would call me back to get her scheduled for an appointment. I proceeded to asked why was that and was told that they only schedule Medicaid patients on certain days. I filed a grievance report with TennCare and DentaQuest. Tiffany!
