I reached out to this office to schedule an appointment for my daughter and was told that the Manager would call me back to get her scheduled for an appointment. I proceeded to asked why was that and was told that they only schedule Medicaid patients on certain days. I filed a grievance report with TennCare and DentaQuest. Tiffany! RecommendedMy son is very nervous when it comes to the dentist, so I was nervous how he would do needing orthodontic services. Well, Dr.Stan and Dr. Scott are AMAZING! They are patient and work well with going at the child’s pace of comfort. Not only are they great, but what an AWESOME staff! Very friendly and helpful. It is easy making appointments and getting in and out. I highly recommend Memphis Orthodontics!

Friendly, and helpful staff! We love Dr. Scott, he did a great job explaining what we had to look forward to! The staff, and Dr. Scott answered all of our questions, very affordable too!
Staff members are fantastic! Very kind and patient. Dr. Scott is amazing! He totally “gets” kids! Very understanding of parent concerns.He even followed up 1 week after braces went on and gave us his personal #’s to call with problems or concerns! Overall, very caring and professional group!
The best orthodontist in Memphis!
This is the best office staff I’ve ever dealt with. I can have my daughter in and out and back in school in the same class period. They are quick, friendly, and great at what they do! Thankful we took everyone’s advice and went with them.
